Bobby Glenn Morris, 81, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Friday, September 18, 2020, at his sister’s residence in Fitzgerald.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Sunday, September 20, 2020, at Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald, Georgia with the Rev. David Ash officiating.
Mr. Morris was born April 22, 1939, in Phenix City, Alabama, to the late Joseph & Selma Lee Swails Morris. He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force. He lived in the community most of his life and worked in maintenance at Delco Remy. Following his retirement, Mr. Morris enjoyed traveling. He looked after everyone and was a very giving person.
He is survived by his siblings: Deloris Morris Hall, Lloyd Gene Morris, and Donald Eugene Morris & June, all of Fitzgerald and Douglas Alan Morris of Woodstock. Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Joseph Morris.
