Patsy Tomberlin, 69, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held 10 AM, Saturday, September 19, 2020, at Evergreen Cemetery in Fitzgerald, Georgia, with the Rev. David Fisher officiating. The body will lie in state at The Paulk Funeral Home in Fitzgerald, on Friday afternoon, from 3 PM until 6 PM, for friends to pay their respects.
Ms. Tomberlin was born March 13, 1951, to the late G. W. Tomberlin and the late Ruby Carter. After getting her GED, she received her cosmetology degree from Ben Hill Irwin Technical College. Ms. Tomberlin retired from Polar Beverage in Fitzgerald. She was a loving person and always put others first. She loved to shop and was a great mom who loved her family. Ms. Tomberlin was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Missy Ricketson & Annette of Lexington, South Carolina; a brother, Robert Tomberlin & Vanessa of Fitzgerald; a nephew, Chris Tomberlin & Stephanie of Fernandina Beach, Florida; three great-nieces: Addison Tomberlin, Emerson Tomberlin and Grayson Tomberlin and her dog, Macey.
