Mr. George Philippou, 91, of Tewksbury, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Bayberry at Emerald Court. Born in Greece the son of the late Kostas and Olympia (Kartalas) Philippou, He served in the Greek Navy. Mr. Philippou moved to the United States as a young man and worked as an Electrical Engineer. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Philippou is survived by his loving wife Pauline (Kalombratsos) Philippou of Tewksbury, MA, three sons: Thomas Philippou of Harvard, MA. Paul Philippou and his wife Stacy of Kaneohe, HI, and James Philippou and his wife Lisa of Dracut, MA. There are six grandchildren: Stephanie and her husband Michael Marshalka, Jennifer Philippou, Joshua Philippou, Zoe Philippou, Carston Philippou, and Kalii Philippou. Two brothers: Demetrios Philippou and his wife Loukritia, and Pangiotis Philippou and his wife Fotini of Greece. One nephew Constantine and two nieces Zoe and Evangelia.
