Geraldine Ann "Gerry" Sullivan, died suddenly Monday September 7th at the Whidden Memorial Hospital. She was 63.
Born in Boston, and raised in Charlestown, Medford and Somerville. She was the daughter of the late Geraldine (Florentino) and Arthur Robert Lucarotti.
Gerry married the love of her life Daniel Sullivan and the two married in 1975. The two settled in Everett in 1996 and that’s where they called home. Gerry was known for her generosity and helping vulnerable people in need which helped her excel in her many years working as a home health care provider. Her compassion and trust worthy personality always seemed to shine; especially when she was with family. She was a devoted and happy family woman who loved to be with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Gerry was a great friend to many and always made each and every single one of them feel as if they were important.
Gerry was the beloved wife of Daniel Sullivan, she was the devoted mother of Daniel Sullivan of Malden, Michael Sullivan of Everett and LisaMarie Sullivan and her longtime companion, John Edwards of Revere. She was the loving grandmother to Tyler, Patrick, Michael, Anakin, Kylie, Julianna, Giovanna, Jonathan, Milo and Nico and the great grandmother of Devin and Casey. She was the dear sister of Sandra, Ricky, Steven and the late Robert and Annmarie.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Wednesday September 16th at 9 AM. Followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett. Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family Tuesday from 4 - 8 PM. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. All attending must wear face mask and adhere to social distant protocols.
