LINDA E. (MONTGOMERY) COOKE OBITUARY
Linda E. (Montgomery) Cooke, 59, of Elmora, PA and formerly of Cookport, PA died on Monday, September 7, 2020 at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
The daughter of Delbert H. and Ruth E. (Bennett) Montgomery, she was born on August 12, 1961 in Indiana, PA.
Linda was a graduate of Purchase Line High School Class of 1979.
She married Ralph E. Cooke on June 20, 2005 and they have shared over fifteen years of marriage together.
One of her favorite pastimes was fishing. She loved to fish from the river banks.
She is survived by her husband Ralph Cooke of Elmora, PA; her daughter: Theresa Miller and husband Eric of Home, PA; her step-son: Duane Cooke of Cleveland, TX; her grandchildren: Kyle and Lyza Miller; her siblings: David H. and wife Carol (Dishong) Montgomery of Vienna, VA; William L. and wife Roberta (Kanarr) Montgomery of Cookport, PA; Lois Jean Lockhart of Howell, MI and Carol L. Montgomery of Cookport, PA.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her son: Josh Eyler and her brother-in-law: Gary Lockhart.
Family and friends will be received from 1-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at the Cookport Baptist Church in Cookport, PA, where a 2:00 p.m. memorial service will be held officiated by Pastor David Krivonick.
