Laconia ----- Helen "Pat" (Knight) Normandin (92) died Wednesday, September 2, 2020. She was born July 24, 1928 in Marlborough, NH, to Charles and Helen (Rugg) Knight.
Pat was a graduate of Marlborough High School and Keene State College. She was an elementary school teacher at the New Boston Elementary School for many years. She greatly enjoyed singing with The Circle Singers of New Boston and worked at Dodge’s General Store after retiring from teaching.
She was the wife of the late Professor Robert F. Normandin for 43 years.
Pat leaves behind her daughter Patricia Normandin Watson and her husband Otis of Kansas City, KS, her son Michael Paul Normandin and his wife Lois and daughter Rachel, of Strafford, NH, and daughter Margaret Normandin Chaffee and her husband Arlon of Newmarket, NH. She also leaves granddaughters Emma and her wife Maura of Newmarket, NH and Charlotte, her husband Sean and their two children, Cadence and Ryder of Boscawen NH. She is predeceased by her brother Norman Nims Knight, sister Charlotte Knight Wyman, sister Clara Knight Turner and brother Charles Brigham Knight.
A Graveside Service will be held in New Boston, NH at the convenience of the family.
