Age 51 of St. Paul.
Passed away unexpectedly from a rare aggressive bacterial infection on August 23, 2020 surrounded by family. Survived by his parents Richard and Maralee VonDeLinde, sister Christine VonDeLinde (Scott Pluff), and nephews Nickolas Wait and Scott Wait (Haley Boon), and Eryka Pluff. Special companion Jody Griffin. Preceded in death by grandparents Helen and Jacob VonDeLinde and Martha Burback. Dan grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota in the Battle Creek area. He attended Harding High School where he played hockey. He went to college at the University of North Dakota and became a Manufacturing Engineer. He was an amazing man that was full of life, generous, and enjoyed fishing. He was loved so much and we will miss him greatly. Visitation Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul, MN 55109. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
