Michael P. Santosuosso, age 68 years, died suddenly Feb. 24th at his home. Born in Boston, he moved to Somerville at an early age and graduated from Somerville High School in 1955. After high school, he served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict for nearly four years. After the service, he worked for Western Union for almost 27 years.
After his marriage to Eleanor (Pollack), they resided in Charlestown until the present. Mr. Santosuosso in recent years was an Administrative Assistant at the Boston Office of Housing and Urban Development. He retired from there just two months ago in December 2005.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his three sons, Michael and his wife Janet of Abington, James and his wife Laura, and Steven and his fiancé Christina Bova, all of Charlestown. He was the loving grandfather of Alison and Rachel Santosuosso, and the beloved brother of Fred Santosuosso and his wife Rose Marie of Medford. He was also the dear son-in-law of Teresa Pollack of Charlestown. Funeral from the Frank H.
