Perley M. Blake Jr., died Sunday, July 14, 2002 at the Blair House Nursing Home in Tewksbury, Mass.
He was born July 27, 1922 in Sebago, Maine , the son of the late Perley Blake and Katherine Lynch Blake.He attended Portland Schools and was a Merchant Marine.
The last 39 years he had lived in Boston, Mass.
He is survived by a son, Peter Blake & daughter-in-law Jill of Yarmouth, Maine and two daughters, Katherine Kilmartin and son-in-law James and Patricia Blake of Portland, Maine, two brothers; Herbert and Raymond Blake ofPortland and two sisters; Gladys Donatelle of Portland and Hazel Walsh ofPortsmouth, New Hampshire. Grandchildren Kevin, Dennis, & Kellie Kilmartinof Portland, Christopher and Ashleigh Blake of Yarmouth and his former wife Ellen Blake ofPortland.
He was predeceased by brother Richard Blake and sister Dorothy Daigle.
