SWANSEA – Roger Cabeceiras, age 72 of Swansea, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2020. He was the beloved husband of Susan (Alto) Cabeceiras and the son of the late Michael C. and Nora (Rogers) Cabeceiras.
Roger was a US Air Force veteran, having served during the Vietnam Conflict as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist. He was an avid golfer and loved to try his luck scratching lottery tickets and following horse racing. One of Roger’s favorite pastimes was going for walks with his wife Susan at Colt State Park and strolling through downtown Bristol.
In addition to his wife of almost 45 years, Roger was the father of Michael J. Cabeceiras of Riverside, RI, and the brother of Nora Lewis of Newport and Michael Cabeceiras of Mattapoisett.
