Luz Elenia Correa passed peacefully in her sleep at home July 10, 2020. She leaves behind 11 children. Nieces and nephews as well as grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was a women who cared for her family deeply. Who had a nurturing hand a strong mind but an equally big heart. A mother who did the best she could to help nurture and provide for her children. A mother, grandmother and friend who brought heartfelt laughter and love into each and everyone of our lives. Someone who we could count on when we needed a shoulder to lean on. When we needed a hug or a reminder that we were loved and weren’t alone her arms would welcome us with warmth. A women who took a big place in each of our lives. Though she is gone physically she will always be with us. We will always have a piece of her with us in our hearts. ella tocó nuestros corazones con su amor cariñoso. y cambió nuestras vidas de muchas maneras diferentes, pero si hay una cosa que hizo por cada uno de nosotros, nos dio un lugar al que llamar hogar y una familia a la que pertenecer. te amamos. ahora eres nuestro ángel simplemente mirando desde el cielo hasta que nos volvamos a encontrar.
