Thomas E. Lundy, Jr., 87, of Acushnet, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020 at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Theresa E. (Haskell) Lundy, they shared 65 years of marriage.
Mr. Lundy was born in New Bedford, son of the late Thomas E. and Flora J. (Rose) Lundy and had been a longtime resident of Acushnet. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served his country in the Korean War. Prior to his retirement, he worked for the former Solon Manufacturing Co., New Bedford. Following retirement, he enjoyed woodworking, listening to music and boating. Most of all, he loved spending time with his wife.
Along with his wife, he is survived by many extended family members and friends.
