Eugenia (Misek) Garneau, 98, of Fall River passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Fall River Jewish Home.
She was the widow of Alphonse J. Garneau.
Mrs. Garneau was born in Fall River a daughter of the late John and Mary (Stanek) Misek and had lived in the Fall River Somerset area most of her life.
Eugenia enjoyed dancing, cooking, shopping and spending time with her family.
Survivors include 2 daughters: Priscilla A. Garneau of Fall River, Linda S. Rogers and her companion Peter Pannoni, Jr. of Somerset, 2 sisters: Rose Tencza OF Fall River, Leona Coutu of Rhode Island, 3 grandchildren: Dennis Rogers and his companion Melissa, Michael Rogers and his husband Christopher, Jason Rogers and his wife Lisa great granddaughter Adison Rogers, several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Frank Misek, Blanche Piszcz, Nellie LeDuc, Annie Carstuntti, Helen Richardson, Chessie Misek, Stella Dubord and Stacia Ouellette.
Services to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at the Boyko Memorial Funeral Home, 709 Broadway, Fall River, MA. Calling hours are Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.
