Elizabeth N. Pare


TEWKSBURY: Elizabeth A. (Nawn) Pare, age 57, a lifelong Tewksbury resident, passed away at home on Sunday, June 28, 2020.

She was the beloved mother of Emmaline N. Pare and wife of Andre J. Pare, with whom she would have celebrated their 34th wedding anniversary on July 19, 2020.

Born in Lowell on October 22, 1962, she was the daughter of Thomas L. Nawn of Tewksbury and the late Mary A. (Abban) Nawn.

Elizabeth attended Tewksbury schools, and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1980.
Following high school, she attended Regis College in Weston, where she received a Bachelor’s Degree.

Prior to her illness, she served as Vice President of Mortgage Operations for Plaza Home Mortgage Company.
Elizabeth previously worked for Sage Bank, Reading Cooperative Bank and the East-West Mortgage Company.

In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling with her family, listening to music, and studying foreign languages.

In addition to her husband, and father, she is survived by her daughter, Emmaline Nawn Pare of Tewksbury, siblings, Theodore A. Nawn and his wife Gail of Dracut, Mary Ann Gargiullo and her husband Lou of Hampton Falls, NH, Christine Goolishian of Dracut, Carol Byron and her husband Larry of Pelham, NH, Thomas Nawn of Odenton, MD, Kathleen Conrad and her husband Michael of Pelham, NH, and Timothy Nawn and his wife Cheryl of Pepperell; her sisters-in-law, Lisa Hanson and her husband Kevin of Tewksbury, and Suzanne Pare of East Hampstead, NH; also many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Elizabeth was the sister-in-law of the late Raymond Goolishian, Sr.

Calling hours in adherence to State Covid-19 guidelines will be Thursday, July 2, from 4-8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, July 3, at 11:30 a.m. at St. William’s Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury. Those attending are asked to meet at the church. Masks/face coverings and social distancing is required at the funeral home and at St. William’s Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 51 Blossom Street, Boston, MA 02114.
