Obituary

Donald J. Devereaux, 66, of Auburndale, former owner of Nobb Hill Press in Weston, died Tues Feb 21, 2006 at his home in Auburndale.
Born in Belle Dune, New Brunswick Canada, he came Newton in 1952 and graduated from Newton High School in 1958. He served with the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He operated Nobb Hill Press in Weston for 49 years until his retirement. He was an active member and Past Exalted Ruler and an Honorary Life Member of Newton Lodge of Elks No. 1327.
He is survived by his wife Joanne (Gerhardt) Devereaux, his children Lee Ann McDonald and her husband Gregory of Diamond Springs CA and Kevin Devereaux and his wife Shonda of Cary NC, his grandchildren Alli Faye McDonald and Carter Devereaux, his sister Alice White and her husband Robert of West Newton, and his nieces and nephew Karen Ottino, Robert White and Stephanie Cunning.
Relatives and friends will gather at the Eaton & Mackay Funeral Home 465 Centre St. Newton Corner on Sat Feb 25 at 9 AM and proceed to a Mass of Christian Burial in Corpus Christi Church, Ash St. Auburndale at 10 AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Needham.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.
