Donald Kent Golden, Jr., 46, of Omega passed away Sunday, June 21, 2020, at his residence. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Omega Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest. Elder Jeff Harris will officiate.
Born September 12, 1973 in Sierra Vista, Arizona, Mr. Golden was the son of Donald Golden, Sr. and Janet Powell Golden of Omega. He owned and operated Golden Landscaping and enjoyed helping people.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Golden is survived by two sisters and one brother-in-law, Valerie and Billy Hester of Tifton and Carrie Golden of Omega; three nieces, Nicole Lynch and her fiance’, Blake Manders, Emily Hines and Madison Barnes; and two nephews, Kurt Lynch, Blayden Barnes.
