Margaret Mary Rutkosky, passed away at her home early Tuesday morning, February 21, at the age of sevety-five. She was the wife of Anthony Rutkosky.
Born in Woburn, she was the daughter of the late Margaret (Boyle) and James McGowan. A lifelong resident of Woburn, Margaret graduated Woburn High School and has worked many years as a real estate broker in Lexington and on Cape Cod. Margaret has been described as very independent and active with gardening, cooking and enjoying her family and in particualr her grandchildren
In addition to her husband she is survived by, one son James Rutkosky and his wife Linda of PA., two daughters, Ann McKillop and her husband Michael of NH., and Janet Rutkosky of Andover. Four loving grandchildren, Alexandra and John Rotkosky, Alison and Nicole McKillop. Two sisters, Charlotte McGowan of Woburn and Virginia Kazazian of Dennis, three brothers Robert McGowan of Lynnfiled, Rev James McGowan of Quincy and William McGowan of Waltham.
Her funeral will be held from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, on Friday at 9 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 100 Washington St. Woburn at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
