Phillip B. Tetreault, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on June 13, 2020 at his home in Charlemont Mass. He was born on December 21, 1973 in Holyoke, Mass. Phillip worked at Callaway in Chicopee for many years before moving up to Charlemont. He was an only child who had many friends, who were like brothers and sisters to him. Phillip was an avid Nascar fan who also enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. And we cannot forget how much Phillip enjoyed his music. He will be greatly missed by all. Phillip was predeceased by his mother Kelly A Tetreault and Michael "Mickey" Martel. He leaves behind many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and numerous friends. Most of all he leaves behind his beloved cats. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Grise` Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
