New Bedford – Maria E. Terra, age 81, of New Bedford passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Natalino Terra.
Born in Born in Faial, Azores, she was the beloved daughter of the late Jose and Emilia (Avila) Da Silva. She had worked on the production line for Frionor USA Inc. for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Emilia Martins and her husband Jose; her son, Roy Terra and his wife Elizabeth; 4 grandchildren, Carlos Felix, Diogo Felix, Brittany Terra and Chrystal Silva; 4 great-grandchildren, Rodrigo, Goncalo, Daniel and Aubree; her sisters, Albina Da Silva and Diolinda Dinis; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Orlando Da Silva.
Maria’s funeral services will be private for the immediate family.
