FALL RIVER…Edward J. Kirker, Jr., 55, of Somerset passed away May 31, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River.
He was the son of Edward J. Kirker of Fall River and Diamantina (Ferreira) and her husband Robert Gonsalves of Fall River and had lived in the Fall River Somerset area all of his life.
He was a welder and a Commercial Fisherman before becoming disabled.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 314 of Somerset and enjoyed fishing, NASCAR and Wrestling.
Survivors include his parents, a son: Dylan Kirker; 2 daughters: Courtney Kirker and Destiny Hicks and husband Dylan & son Wyatt; a brother: James Kirker of Swansea; 2 sisters: Sheila Moniz, Lisa Gonsalves both of Fall River; 3 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
