TEWKSBURY – Eugene Fernald Wade, age 84, died peacefully on Sunday morning, May 24, at Blairehouse on Tewksbury, from complications of Covid-19.
He was born in Saugus, in April 1936, one of eleven children of the late Charles Fernald Wade and Bessie M. (Thompson) Wade.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, and was discharged as a Staff Sargent.
He leaves a daughter, Teresa Tyler of Orlando, Fl; two grandsons, Vincent Valenti Jr and Aiden Saldana both Orlando, FL; his siblings, James D. Wade and his wife Carole of Lynn, Leslie Wade of Lynn, Everett C. Wade of Lynn, Marguerite Saunders of Lynn, Alberta Sweatman and her husband Willie of FL, Kathleen Baity of Lynn, Elsie M. Cespedes of Lynn, Alice Bowzer and her husband Chester of Lynn; numerous nieces and nephews; was predeceased by siblings, Charles Wade and Estelle Mendes.
