New Bedford – Richard Lanczycki, age 62, of New Bedford passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2020. Born in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of the late John James Lanczycki and Katherine (Olejasz) Lanczycki and the beloved longtime companion of Rachel Ann Robinson.
Richard had been a line worker for Eversource. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Rachel; his close and dear friends, Johnny Carter, Stacey Lopes, Dirce DaSilva and Dana Santos.
Richard’s funeral services will be private due to the current mandated restrictions on public gatherings in regards to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
