FALL RIVER - Chantel Marie Gould, age 29 of Fall River, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, as the result of a motor vehicle accident along with her beloved grandmother Dinasalia "Dina" Medeiros. Born in Frankfurt, Germany, Chantel was the daughter of Ross and Iolanda (Medeiros) Gould.
In addition to her parents, Chantel is survived by her twin brother Ricardo "Rico" Gould, her brother Michael Cordeiro both of Fall River; her sister Shaniqua Gould and her brother Ross Gould Jr. both of Providence, RI; her maternal grandfather Luciano Medeiros of Fall River; her paternal grandfather Brian Pires of Wareham, MA; her niece Alayna Gould, her nephew Aidan Gould, her Godmother Elizabeth Roque and her cousin Dennis "DJ" Roque Jr. all of Fall River; and her aunts & uncles. She is predeceased by her paternal grandmother Linda Gould formerly of New Bedford.
“Big Red” as she was lovingly known as, had a “heart of gold” and a larger than life personality that matched those beautiful red locks of hers. Chantel loved music and her dog Scrappy. She enjoyed spending time at home with her family and friends and adored her “vavo Dina.” She will be missed by many that loved her deeply.
Due to State Mandated Restrictions, Chantel's funeral services will be private for immediate family members. Arrangements are under the direction of the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home.
