Doris (St. Marie) Lacasse, 89, of Fairhaven, formerly of New Bedford and Naples, FL, died Sunday, May 17, 2020 at Our Lady’s Haven Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Omer Lacasse.
She is survived by three children: William Lacasse and his wife Maureen; Donald Lacasse and his wife Lynne; and Janis Welch and her husband Edward. She was also the mother of the late Robert Lacasse. Additionally, she is survived by eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
The family would like to thank the staff and community of Our Lady’s Haven, especially Sister Eileen Fitzpatrick, for their tireless care and compassion, particularly during these challenging times.
