
Henry Penta, 83 of Medford died Saturday after a brief illness at home.
Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Celeste (Pettiti) and Angelo Penta. Mr. Penta was a City Assessor, for the City of Boston for many years and retired in 1989. Henry was a 1940 Medford High School graduate, he also attend Northeastern University and graduated in 1956. He served in the U. S. Army during WW II.
Devoted brother of Ernest Penta of Medford, and the late Flora Ventola, Raffaela Gaeta, Concetta, Michael, and Alfonso Penta. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Tuesday at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High St., Medford, at 10:30 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Monday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with burial at St. Michael Cemetery, Boston.
