Donna Marie Marshall Monsour, 70, of Oxnard passed away on May 15, 2020 in Port Hueneme, California. Donna was born in Newport News, Virginia to James Thomas Marshall and Eleanor Marie Pulsifer on February 2, 1950. She went to La Jolla High School and then went onto Beauty School and was an accomplished hair stylist and make up artist. She enjoyed singing and song writing, recording music for several causes and recorded several songs in studio. Donna devoted her life to helping young women in their spiritual guidance. Her faith in Jesus spilled out into the community as she lived her life.
Donna is survived by her beloved husband Edmund Monsour of Oxnard; sister Jan Phiefer of Fortuna, daughter Angelia of Eureka, son John Brice of Texas; grandsons Tomy Reagan of Albany, New York, Skyler Davy of Eureka, Amber Brooks of Eureka; nephews Jeff and Lisa Forbes of Santa Barbara, Jay Forbes of Arcata; niece Emily Dowdell of Hilton Head. She is preceded in death by her mother Eleanor Ruffington.
