Obituary

Charles “Wayne” Fletcher, 66, of Enigma passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020, at his residence. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Mr. Fletcher at a later date.

Born September 25, 1953 in Hahira, Mr. Fletcher was the son of the late Charles Fletcher and Lou Annie George Fletcher. He was an electrician with Alabama Electric Company and was very proud of his service in the United States Army.

Mr. Fletcher is survived by his wife, Debbie Fletcher of Enigma; one son and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Amanda Fletcher of Poulan; two daughters and sons-in-law, Nicole Fletcher and Frank Cochran of Ocilla and Shannon and Gabriel Alaniz of Alapaha; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Gerald and Tammy Fletcher of Tifton and Edward Fletcher of Lenox; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Patricia and Earl Mullis and Ruby Nell Fletcher, all of Enigma, Virginia and Phillip Clarke of Nahunta and Evelyn and Albert DiMaggio of Jacksonville, Florida; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
