Connie Ann Avery, 45, of Sylvester passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at Phoebe-Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Ms. Avery at a later date.
Born March 12, 1975 in Tifton, Ms. Avery was the daughter of the late Wayne Avery and Judy Wood Avery. She was also preceded in death by one brother, John Wayne Avery. She was participant in the Treatment Court in Albany.
Ms. Avery is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dezaraie and Lane Ray of Sylvester; one son; two brothers, Craig DeWayne Avery and Jonathan Conley Avery, both of Sylvester; one sister, Kathy Avery Scott of Lenox; and three grandchildren, Katlyn Ray, Kristopher Ray and Emily Ray.
