Melvin V. Supernor, 94, died Thursday, February 16, 2006, at St. Vincent Hospital. He was born in Worcester, son of Victor V. and Emily (Deviau) Supernor. He was a machine operator at John Bath Co. for many years. He was a member of the Mended Hearts Assn and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and bowling. He is survived by his wife Shirley M. (Gunstead) Supernor, 2 sisters, Elizabeth LaMarche and Pearl Fanning, and a brother Harold Supernor all of Worcester, a step-son, Ralph H. Atchue and his wife Deborah of West Boylston; a step-daughter, Marjorie I. Clark and her husband William of West Boylston; 9 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 15 great great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. His first wife, Eleanor, died in 1959. He was also predeceased by a daughter, Eleanor Boucher, a brother, and 4 sisters.
Funeral services will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
