GORHAM- Katherine Cunningham Lenox, 33, passed on to be with the Lord on May 2. She passed away at home surrounded by her family. She fought a hard battle with pneumonia and other lung complications. Despite her physical and intellectual disabilities she lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed horse back riding when she was smaller and Pine Tree Camp in Rome, Maine. She enjoyed spending time at her parents camp in Oakland, Maine. She also loved being around people. Katherine attended Windham public school and then Morrison Center adult day program.
Katherine had a way of drawing people to her, she especially loved her respite friends Jane Williams, Lynda Young and Tabby Connors.
She is survived by her parents Dave and Annette Lenox-her two brothers, Michael and Matthew. She was loved by her many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date due to Covid-19 pandemic.
