Beatrice A. LaRose, 91, of Manchester, died February 15, 2006, at Catholic Medical Center, after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Manchester, March 9, 1914, and was a daughter of Wilfred and Leonie (Prince) St. Onge. She was a lifelong resident of this city.
Mrs. LaRose worked many years as a foster parent for NH Catholic Charities. She was a member of St. Catherine Church.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother and aunt. She loved the outdoors and especially loved gardening.
She was married to Joseph A. LaRose Sr., who died June 18, 1988.
Family members include a daughter, Jeannette E. Johnson of Manchester; a son, Joseph A. LaRose Jr. of Munroe Falls, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; a sister, Lillian C. Roy of Goffstown; many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday February 18, 2006 at St. Catherine Church, Webster St., Manchester. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, NH.
