Elizabeth J. “Betsy” Otis, age 76 of Canton, formerly of Quincy and Weymouth passed away April 27th. Born and raised in Weymouth, she graduated from Weymouth High School. Betsy worked as an Administrative Clerk for Fallon Ambulance for several years before retiring. She lived in Quincy for several years before recently moving to Canton with her Daughter.
