Obituary

SPRINGFIELD – Todd Andrew Isham, 54, of Springfield and a former resident of Chicopee, was Called Home on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. He passed into Eternal Life at his home surrounded by the care and comfort of his loving family. He was born in Springfield on August 7, 1965, a son of Walter W. Isham, Jr. and Maryanne (Maciolek) Isham of Springfield. He was raised in Springfield, attended Roger Putnam Vocational High School and lived in Chicopee for many years before returning to Springfield in 2019. During his teenage years, he was a member of the Coachman Drum and Bugle Corps. He was employed as a Master Electrician at Westover Air Reserve Base in Chicopee. Previously, he had worked as the Lead Warehouseman for Steiger's Department Stores in Springfield. He was a communicant of the Basilica of Saint Stanislaus Bishop and Martyr in Chicopee. During his leisure time, Todd enjoyed fishing and was also a lead singer and guitarist for a local band. He was an avid reader and frequented the Chicopee Library. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he leaves his son, Zachary T. Isham of Chicopee; his former wife, Roxanne M. Levesque- Isham of Chicopee; his brother, Scott M. Isham and his wife, Kathleen, of Southbury, CT; his two sisters, Lisa A. Buordo and her companion, Joseph Caputo, of Indian Orchard and Karen A. Cardin and her husband, Ed, of Granby; his many nephews and nieces with a special appreciation to his nieces, Kristen Isham and Brittany Bourdo for their care and compassion during his illness; and his many extended family members and friends. Due to the current circumstances, his funeral services and burial will be held at a later date to be announced. His funeral arrangements are entrusted to the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Springfield Chapels, (413-737-1177), 7 Chapin Terrace, Springfield, MA 01107. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Chicopee Public Library, 449 Front Street, Chicopee, MA 01013.
