Obituary

Worcester - Leon W. Boulais, 90, of Worcester died on Saturday February 11 in St. Vincent Hospital after an illness.

Mr. Boulais is survived by his wife of 63 years Theresa (Saccoccio) Boulais of Worcester; two daughters and two sons in law Susan E. and Ernest Boss of Worcester and Lois M. and Arthur Ducharme of Millbury; a brother Wallace Boulais of Warwick, RI; a sister Etta E. Boulais of Warwick, RI; nine grandchildren Diane, Paul, William, David, Eric, Jill, Sharon, Theresa and Gail; 19 great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by three brothers MIlton, Norman and Thomas Boulais and a sister Dorothy Tucker.

Mr. Boulais was born in Providence, RI son of Albert and Elizabeth (Parmenter) Boulais and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. during World War II.

He was a general agent for Mutual Trust Life Insurance Company and also was an independent realtor for Boulais Realty. Mr. Boulais was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church and enjoyed crossword puzzles, playing cribbage and writing. He was also an avid reader.

A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday February 15 at 11 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church 1222 Main St. Burial will follow in Saint Johns Cemetery. Calling hours are on Tuesday February 14 from 5 to 7 PM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St.
