Sharon M. Rogers, 55, of Danville, NH, died Friday, February 10, 2006 in the Harborside Healthcare-Northwood in Bedford, NH. Mrs. Rogers was born in Lawrence, MA on August 4, 1950, a daughter of Frances (Woodbury) Matte and the late Don Matte. She was a resident of Danville for the past 24 years, formerly living in Plaistow, NH. Mrs. Rogers attended Pinkerton Academy in Derry. She was employed by Western Electric in North Andover, MA for several years, and more recently was self employed as a seamstress. She enjoyed sewing, and attended the Island Pond Baptist Church in Hampstead, NH.
In addition to her mother of Epping, NH, Mrs. Rogers is survived by her husband, Daniel B. Rogers of Danville, two sons, Joseph Rogers and Christopher Rogers, both of Danville, one daughter, Danielle Rogers of Danville, two brothers, Steven Matte of Statham, NH, James Matte of Atkinson, NH, two sisters, Lucille Gallagher of Caribou, ME, Patty Crosten of Arizona, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends called on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 from 6 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, February 15th at 10:00am in the funeral home.
