Joseph J. “Joe” Morello of Revere, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 11th. He was 54. Born and raised in Malden he was the son of the late Gerard C. and Janet (D'Eon) Morello. A graduate of Malden Catholic, Joe attended Emerson College, where he was a talented and prolific writer of short stories. A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many, Joe was a source of strength, inspiration and humor to all who knew him. For nearly 20 years Joe operated Mission Trophy in Arlington with his wife Gina.
The beloved husband of Gina (Barletta) Morello he was a loving father to Nicole, Kayla and Jessica Morello. He was a loving “B” to his granddaughter Alyana Morello. Joe was a dear brother to Jerry Morello, Jill Morello and her partner James Miller, and the late Jeffrey Morello. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
