Harris Zeltsar of Winthrop passed away suddenly at the age of 78 on March 26, 2020. Devoted husband of the late Elaine Saks. Beloved father of Cynthia and Michael Ganse of Saugus, MA and Michelle and Scott Shylanski of Coventry, RI. Adored grandfather of Michael Ganse, Ashley and Alexis Shylansk, and dear brother of Marc Zeltsar of Fl. Due to the extreme circumstances surrounding the Cornovirus, Harris will be laid to rest next his beloved wife Elaine. Services/Shiva will be announced at a later date when family and friends can attend. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be donated to the charity of one’s choice.
