Obituary

Diane Marie (Sullivan) DeGirolamo, age 55, of Randolph, died peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones on Monday, March 23, 2020, following a courageous battle with the autoimmune disease PBC (Primary Biliary Cholangitis). Diane was the loving wife for 31 years of Robert DeGirolamo of Randolph, formerly of Brockton. Born in Quincy, she was the daughter of Timothy Sullivan of Middleboro and Donna (Vachon) Spearin of Raynham. She was raised and educated in Canton and spent the majority of her married life in Randolph.

Diane was always drawn back to Quincy where her heart was filled with many cherished childhood memories of her grandparents at Hough Neck, time spent at the Quincy Yacht Club and Nature Trail. Diane was a true environmentalist and loved all animals. She enjoyed many trips to Disney World, especially Animal Kingdom, and playing scrabble. While a resident of Randolph, she was an active volunteer in local politics.

Diane is also survived by her step-mother Lois Sullivan of Middleboro. She was the sister of John Spearin of East Taunton, Christina Hammond and her husband John of Carver and Zahira Julie Allen of New Lebanon, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, brother-in-law Frank DeGirolamo and his wife Debbie and sister–in-law Nancy Webby and her husband Mike.

Due to COVID-19, there will be no services at this time. A memorial gathering to celebrate Diane’s life, will be held at a later date in the Conley Funeral Home. Date and time will be updated on the Conley Funeral Home website and Facebook page.
