Brother of Janet Cotter of Needham, Gregory Blue of Tampa, FL., Dianne Michael of Evanston, IL., Katie Nagy of Andover, Pamela Betro of Walpole, Mary Ellen Blue of Norfolk, Jamie Blue of Westwood, Chris Blue of Plymouth, and John Blue of Evanston, IL. Uncle of Jahni of Hull. Also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Scott remained proud of his 22 years of sobriety. His Recovery experience influenced many others. The warmth and love he brought to others, drove this devotion in helping men and women in Recovery.
Visiting hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 1305 Highland Ave. Needham on Thursday, March 5th from 4-8pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Friday, March 6th at 10am, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, Needham at 11am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. A private burial will be held at Newton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Scott's memory to Answer House 5 G St, South Boston, MA 02127.
