John Francis Farrell, Jr. 74, of East Falmouth formerly of East Walpole died February 29 in Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Plymouth.
Born in Norwood, February 28, 1946, the son of the late John F. and Mary (White)Farrell, Mr. Farrell had lived for much of his life in East Walpole and had lived in East Falmouth for the past 15 years.
John as a graduate of Walpole high School.
He had been a crane operator for several construction companies for many years before retiring.
John enjoyed fixing old cars especially his Oldsmobile 442.
John served in the Army during the Vietnam War .
He is survived by his brothers, Edward Farrell and his wife Vivian of East Walpole, Joseph Farrell of Hardwick and William Farrell of East Providence, Rhode Island.
His graveside service will be held on ? in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at ?
