Paul B. Condon, age 96, of Foxboro passed away February 10th at Norwood Hospital. Born in Boston, he was raised in Sharon, and graduated from Sharon High School and Boston College. Paul took several classes at Boston University. He received a Master's Degree and was 12 credits shy of a Doctorate Degree in Psychology. Paul's brilliant, inquisitive and scholarly mind was always in pursuit of academics and knowledge. His career included professorships at both Vermont College and Roger Williams College. Paul served in the Army during WW II as a medical assistant stationed in the UK. Paul also worked for the Division of Unemployment for many years before retiring.
Paul's interests included art, drawing, bowling, activities in Catholic organizations, nutrition, spirituality and frequent visits to libraries. An avid reader, Paul immersed himself in books on physics, biology, astronomy, religion, politics and current events. Passionate about the importance of a sound mind as well as a sound body, Paul could be seen walking briskly through the streets of South Boston to work, libraries and seminars at universities. Paul lived in Foxboro for the last 8+ years and previously lived in South Boston for many years.
Beloved brother of Barbara Waters of Millinocket, ME and the late Francis Condon. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
