Linda A. Bonney, 48, of South River Road, Bedford, NH died Sunday July 7, 2002 at the Catholic Medical Center, Manchester with her family by her side. She was born in Worcester, MA on January 1, 1954, a daughter of the late Arthur C. and Dorothy (Drouse) Bonney and had lived in New Hampshire for most of her life. Although she worked for much of her life, her strongest point was being a mother, nanny and a friend to many. Through her life she made a point of having an open door for those who needed it. She also loved the mountains and long rides on the back roads of New Hampshire. She will be missed by many.
The family includes a son, Arthur Whitten, of Bedford, a daughter, Vicki Bissonnette, of Bedford, a grandson, Trevor, a granddaughter, Sarah, and many others she considered her family.
There will be no calling hours. A Private memorial service will be held at a later date at the family’s convenience. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry is handling the arrangements.
