Roline G. (Sister) Newcomb, 73, of Derry, NH, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2020 in the Pleasant Valley Nursing Center in Derry. She was born in Derry on February 26, 1946, a daughter of the late Louis and Roline (Wissig) Newcomb, and had been a lifelong resident. Roline was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy in Derry, Class of 1964. She had been employed for Merrimack Valley Wood Products in Derry for many years. Roline enjoyed reading, listening to music, and watching television and movies.
Roline is survived by her brother, Bill Newcomb and his wife Judy of Windham, NH; her niece, Dr. Kathleen Rekart and family; her nephew, Matthew Newcomb and family; as well as several other family members and friends.
Following cremation, a graveside service will be held in the Spring in the Forest Hill Cemetery in E. Derry. Memorial contributions may be made to the Activities Dept. at Pleasant Valley Nursing Center, 8 Peabody Rd., Derry, NH 03038. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry assisted the family with arrangements.
