Funeral Mass Wednesday in the Brockton VA Chapel at 11:30am, Visitation in the chapel one hour prior to Mass. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton. Funeral Arrangements by the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street Brockton.
Obituary Information
Mr. Cataldo died Monday morning at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Brockton, where he had been a resident for many years, after a period of failing health. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of Mary E. (Delaney) Cataldo and the late Augustine Cataldo. For many years he had been a carpenter by trade and then had been employed by Foxboro Company as a lathe operator, but carpentry was his passion. He enjoyed camping and was an avid gardener. While a resident at the hospital enjoyed woodworking and ceramics.
He is survived byHis mother Mary E. (Delaney) Cataldo of Raynham 3 sons, James F. Cataldo, II of Northfield, NH, Scott D. Cataldo Sr. and Todd J. Cataldo both of Brockton2 daughters Donna M.
