MSG (Ret) Herbert Czarnosz, 57, of Venice, Florida, formerly of Henniker, died February 2, 2006 from injuries sustained in an accident.
Born November 7, 1948 in Manchester, NH, he was the son of John and Edna (Robinson) Czarnosz. He was educated in the local school system and was a graduate of Keene State College. While in college, he was a member of the Alpha Phi Tau Fraternity.
Prior to retirement, he had been employed as a finance officer for the NH Army National Guard.
He loved studying military history, photography, and spending time at the beach.
Members of his family include his wife of 28 years, Gloria (LeFrancois) Czarnosz of Venice, FL; one son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Liz Czarnosz of Waipahu, Hawaii; one daughter, Robin Ann Czarnosz of Orlando, FL; one grandson, Nathaniel Czarnosz of Hawaii; one brother, John Czarnosz of Goffstown; one God son, Jason Czarnosz; and all the members of his National Guard family.
The funeral service was held Wednesday February 8, 2006 in St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 102 N. Main St., Manchester. Burial with full military honors followed in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
