Emma L. (Supple) McLaughlin, age 96, of Raynham, formerly of Brockton, died January 28, 2020 at Life Care Center of West Bridgewater. Emma was the wife of the late Robert A. McLaughlin. Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Galligan) Supple. Emma was a graduate of St. Patrick High School and for many years was a volunteer for the Brockton Symphony Women’s Guild. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed time spent with her family.
Emma was the loving mother of Robert McLaughlin and his wife MaryAnn of East Falmouth, Stephen McLaughlin and his wife Janet of Plymouth, Elizabeth Flaherty and her husband Michael of Raynham and Kenneth McLaughlin and his wife Cheryl of Castle Rock, CO. She is also survived by seven grandchildren Brian McLaughlin, Jean Darr, Anne MacLeod, Michael Flaherty, Daniel Flaherty, Julia Reed and Colleen Southard and seven great grandchildren Alexander, Emelia, Nora and Lily, Charlie, Creighton and Anderson. She was the aunt of Michelle Supple of Franklin and sister of the late Bernard Supple.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 4, at St. Ann’s Church, 660 N. Main Street, Raynham, at 10am. Burial will be held in the Spring in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton. Visiting Hours are omitted.
