New Bedford – Alfred D. Pimental, age 96, of Dartmouth, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Hathaway Manor. He was the beloved husband of the late Deolinda (Gracia) Pimental.
Alfred was born in Dartmouth, MA to the late John and Evangelina (Duarte) Pimentel. He had been a custodian for N.B.I.S. Bank for many years.
He is survived by his sons, Alfred Pimental of Florida and Michael Pimental and his wife Debra of New Bedford; 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by several siblings and was also the step-father of the late John Costa.
Alfred’s funeral services were private.
