Carmen Rosa “Ketty” Henriquez (née López) died after a prolonged illness on January 23rd, 2020 in Boston, MA at the age of 87.
Ketty is survived by her husband Manuel Henriquez, her 3 children, Carmen Henriquez, Alina Pires, and Manuel Henriquez, Jr., 3 sisters, 3 sons-in-law, many nieces and nephews, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Ketty was born on July 6th, 1932 in San Luis, Cuba. She attended high school there, then studied pharmacology. She married Manuel Henriquez in 1958. After moving to the Boston area, Ketty worked for many years for the John Hancock Insurance Company.
A funeral mass is scheduled for 12:30 PM on Saturday January 25th at St. Augustine Parish (43 Essex Street, Andover, MA). All are welcome to attend and celebrate Ketty’s life.
