Born December 18, 1963 in Izmir, Turkey. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 19, 2020. Preceded in death by father Donald; infant brother David; son John; grandparents Irene Pflepsen, Julius Pflepsen, Phyllis Sammons, Ralph Sammons; & “Prince”. Survived by children Adam, Ashley (Jerome), Alexandria (Usavious); grandchildren Nevaeh, Cordiéh, Jerome Jr., Ja’ziya, Niyanna, Caiden, CurtisRay, Allyahna; mother Hilary Pflepsen; pops Michael Watters; siblings Theresa Young (Chavel), Nicholas Pflepsen, Norman Gilpin, Joy Pflepsen (Patrick), Michelle Schneider (Joseph), Dawn Powers (Jason); many nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. Life wasn’t always the easiest for her but she enjoyed every day to the fullest and tried to have fun. She loved her children and extended children with all of her heart. It gives us comfort to know she is with her firstborn baby, John. Funeral Service Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 11:00 AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, with visitation beginning at 10:30 AM. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
