Carl I. Lyman age 71 of Raynham died peacefully at his home on January 20, 2020. He was born and raised in Brockton a son of the late Ivar and Mary (Wilkins) Lyman and lived in the city for most of his life. For the past four years he had resided in Raynham.
A 1966 graduate of Brockton High School, Carl had been a truck driver for Werner Transport for over 25 years.
Carl was a member of the Vega Club for many years and loved to fish, watch movies and sports, especially the Patriots. Most importantly, Carl enjoyed time spent with his nieces and nephews.
Carl was the brother of Kevin Lyman and his wife Brenda of Bridgewater, Sheila Allen of New Bedford, Gary Lyman of Florida and Allan Lyman and his wife Karla of Oklahoma. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held at the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (rte. 123) Brockton on Friday January 24, 2020 from 4-7pm. A funeral service will immediately follow for family members and of course anyone else that would like to stay.
